Oval cast brass, face restored, measuring 25x15cm £400, Lot 327 GWR Pictorial Enamel Map 'To Ireland by the new Fishguard Route Great Western Railway shortist sea passage Magnificent turbine steamers 22 1/2 knots' signed James Inglis General Manager. This is the extremely rare, small version measuring approximately 38x125cm, vgc with a some small areas of restoration £1550, Lot 660 Tenderplate 'GNR(I) 1932 Dundalk' possibly ex 4-4-0 GNR(I) locomotive number 27 as this is chalked on the back. Number 27 was originally built by Beyer Peacock in 1892 and named Narcissus then later rebuilt and numbered 27. Oval cast brass, face restored, measures 21x11.5cm £420.

A Crewe Heritage auction from 10 to 12 September concentrated on LMS Jubilee items. It included 18 nameplates most of which were sold for around £10000, with one reaching £15000. Only 2 were unsold, one of which was 'Munster'. Twenty Jubilee smokebox numberplates were mostly sold for £4-5000, but 2 went for £6200. Headboards went for up to £6200; More mundane smokebox numbers, shedcodes sold well.
